Shipping Information
Most MONDAY MOTORBIKES are IN STOCK and, orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.

Shipping Estimates from carriers are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carriers will call you to schedule your delivery. We all want to make sure you'll be there to admire and test your new ride!

Shipping Price:
Monday Motorbikes offers FREE shipping on all motorbikes.

Returns & Exchanges:
Monday Motorbikes does not accept returns on used or opened items. 

Canceled motorbike orders, refused deliveries, and unopened motorbike shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs, which we will deduct from the total refunded amount at the point of return. Photo/Video proof of the unopened box must be sent to info@mondaymotorbikes.com, and only after the documentation is successfully verified will returns be accepted. Once verified and accepted, Monday Motorbikes will provide a shipping label for returning the motorbike. Refunds are issued 90-120 days AFTER Monday Motorbikes received and inspected the returned goods. 

3rd Party or Self-Shipping: Monday Motorbikes doesn't accept returns on 3rd-party or self-shipped motorbikes and/or batteries. We are not liable for any unresolved issues or parts for merchandise transported to regions we do not already ship to directly or to which we have not authorized dealers. It is the owner's responsibility to source an electric rideables specialist for repair or maintenance in an unsupported region.

Batteries: Batteries are FINAL sale. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on any batteries. No exceptions!

Apparel: Monday Motorbikes Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer. The merchandise has to be in new condition to qualify for a full refund. If the product was received in a box, it must be shipped back in the same packaging in which it was received.
